2026-2027 U9 Evaluations
We are so excited for another great season of U9 hockey. For those new to the organization, welcome to Chebucto Atlantics!
Players:
Below are the dates for the U9 pre-evaluation skate as well as the evaluation skate. The pre-evaluation skate will allow players to familiarize themselves with the drills that they will be evaluated on. Players do not need to attend the pre-evaluation skate but must attend the evaluations. If you choose to opt out of evaluations (Sept 27th), players will be placed on a Developing team.
Please note that your pre-evaluation and evaluation ice times will likely be different. Groupings for both pre-evaluation and evaluation ice times will follow once registration is complete.
Pre-evaluations: September 26th, 2026 at Civic
10 am - 11 am - Group A
11 am - 12 pm - Group B
12 pm - 1 pm - Group C
Evaluations: September 27th, 2026 at Civic
10 am - 11 am - Group 1
11 am - 12 pm - Group 2
12 pm - 1 pm - Group 3
1 pm - 2 pm - Group 4
Goalies:
Those who have signed up for a goalie position will only attend the goalie evaluation session. As they are on the ice with the U11 goalies during a closed tryout process, we ask that only 1 parent accompany each goalie. These parents are welcome to view the evaluation from the stands.
U9/U11 Goalie Evaluation: September 18th, 2026 7pm-8pm at Civic
