Opt-Out Form for U15 Contact (A / AA) Tryouts

U15 competitive hockey in Nova Scotia is divided between contact (U15 A & AA) and non-contact (U15 B).  Every Chebucto Minor Hockey player who is registered for U15 competitive tryouts has the option to tryout for ONLY non-contact (B) hockey if they do not desire to play on a contact team (A or AA).  Chebucto's tryout schedule reflects this, and you will see in the schedule there are non-contact (NC) games and contact games. 

For any player who wishes to OPT OUT of contact games in the 2024-25 tryout season, please complete and submit this form no later than 10pm on Saturday September 28.  
 
Please Note: ALL U15 players will play in the non-contact games scheduled on October 1 and 2.  Players who have opted out of contact tryouts (A and AA tryouts) are not required to play in the contact games on October 3, 5 and 6.
