Goalie Coaching and Development Clinic - Sunday Oct 30th at Lions
Chebucto is proud to be providing a free Goalie Coaching Development Session this Sunday Oct 30th at Lions Arena 4-5:30pm.
This session will be hosted by Todd Bengert of Upper Echelon Goaltending. Todd has an extensive background developing goalies at all levels throughout HRM and has recently been featured in an article on goaltender development challenges in "The Coast".
Saving Canadian hockey from a goalie crisis
This is particularily targeted to all team and development coaches interested in goalie development and development of team success. It is highly recommended that coaching staff from all teams attend.
4-4:30 - Meeting Room Seminar - discussion of goalie development challenges, effective strategies and considerations toward goalie development.
4:30-5:30 - On ice session - goalie coaching tips, considerations, examples. We have 30 minutes extra for any questions, etc or discussion on ice.
The session is no cost and open to all coaches, and those interested in goalie development (goalie parents).
