It's just 2 weeks into 2025 and the hockey season is at the mid way point. 

At this time we'd invite our membership to submit some mid-season feedback using the following form.

Please also note that "Positive" feedback ( i.e. - things that are particularily good and we should continue) is just as important as "Negative" (i.e. - opportunities for improvement).
