Hello Chebucto Families,

U11-U18 update

As we approach the end of the 21-22 Season, CMHA would like to share some key dates and points of interest.

Regular season for U11-U18 Central Minor(competitive) and Metro Minor (Recreation) will finish by March 21^st, 2022

Playoffs will begin March 22^nd and schedules will begin to take shape as we approach the end of the regular season. Please be advised, all teams will be busy as it is imperative, we complete the season on time to meet the deadlines noted below.

CMHF:

HNS has indicated that the Conference Championship game must be played by March 27th (no exceptions). Our leagues intention is to complete the regular season by March 21st, playoffs by March 27th and sending our playoff winners to conference championships/DOC(day of champions)/provincials.

The divisions requiring a Championship Game are as follows:

· U11-A

· U13-A

· U13-B

· U15-A

At the conclusion of the regular season, the top 4 teams will have a playoff (single elimination) to be completed by the March 25th and then host the game on the March 27th..

Ø  all other divisions not requiring a conference championship game will complete the playoffs as scheduled and advance to provincials/DOC. 

MMHL:

Regular season completed by March 21^st and playoffs by March 30^th.

Playoff rules and regulations will be communicated shortly. Team managers & coaches will receive an email from Katie- ice scheduler with the details.
