Gretzky Ice---

Gretzky improved his skills one way; he practiced and experimented everyday on an outdoor rink.  CMHA is trying to make some "Gretzky" time available for our players and coaches.

Where CMHA identifies ice time the organization is paying for that will go unused and cannot be sold to another team or group we will attempt to make that ice available for "Gretzky Time". 

With no organized games, no coaches, Gretzky skated and stickhandled for hours experimenting and trying new things. This time is available for young players to just skate and work on any aspect of hockey he or she desires. And most importantly to have fun!

No contact or rough checking permitted!!!

Any coach or volunteer that volunteers to supervise the session may bring one skater/goalie free of charge. ( Limit of 2 ice supervisors per session). 

Each player is required to check in with on ice supervisor for each session. Full Hockey Canada Certified equipment required. No outside or private coaches allowed on the ice at anytime. Only CMHA volunteers or coaches permitted. 

Open to any CMHA Player or CMHA alumni playing U15/U18 Major or High School. 

This is also open to any CMHA Alumni now playing with a Female Hockey association or group at any level (e.g. Metro Force West, Station 6, etc.)  

If a CMHA participant wants to "bring a friend" from an outside association please note that preference will be given to CMHA players and Alumni. 

CMHA will provide an on ice supervisor for supervision only.

Limit 40 skaters and 4 goalies - first come and pay / first serve. Cash at the rink or e-transfer to president@chebuctominorhockey.com
