Pre-Season Development Update - Extra Block for U9 - and more advanced U7s.

Hi Folks,

We've added a third pre-season block for U9s that is open as well to more advanced U7s. Any U7 player who would like to participate please ensure you have discussed with VP U7 Jay Mackenzie prior to signup.
