Chebucto Accomplishments in Metro Minor Playoffs
Chebucto Families,
Our Recreation C season has come to a close. What a great season!
This past weekend the MMHL Championship Weekend for our Chebucto Rec C teams happened, and we were represented at all age levels! The U11C Lightning dominated their finals game to win the Bronze division championship. Another banner for the rink!
The U13C Chargers played the championship game in their Bronze division also, they battled hard but came up just short.
Worth noting, the U13C Attack, U18 Grey and U23 teams made it semi finals in their divisions. The U15C Avalanche had a very exciting semi-final game, playing through overtime and going several rounds of a shootout in front of a full rink…they were a post hit away from making the finals!
We still have a few teams playing late season tournaments, good luck to all!
Thanks to all our coaches, managers, team volunteers and families. 2022-23 was a successful season for our Chebucto Rec C teams, lots of great hockey and fun!
