Hi Chebucto,

After a highly successful inital season our Skater Club  is back. These sessions will focus on improving the most important skill in hockey through focus on proper stride mechanics and advanced edgework techniques. 

The Times will be Mondays 5:00 pm at Lions Arena for a cost fo 20 dollars per season. 

Also - 

Goalie development session registrations are now open through to Dec 3 for both Regular Upper Echelon and Ambition Unlimited programs. 

Reminder these sessions are all run by Upper Echelon Goaltending -- (congrates to Todd Bengert who has now been brought on as the Goaltending consultant for the Dal Womens Hockey team).
